What ETF flows measure
Flows estimate net creation or redemption activity in an ETF. For spot bitcoin products, they can indicate institutional access demand, but they do not explain every BTC price move.
Why it matters
Persistent inflows can add a structural buyer, while outflow streaks can remove support or show investor de-risking. The market impact depends on size, timing, liquidity, and whether flows are already expected.
What to watch next
Track issuer-by-issuer concentration, fee changes, volume, asset growth, and whether flows align with macro risk appetite.
